BLUEGEN ENERGY SAS

Bluegen Energy sas is a Company registered in Saint Barthelemy with showroom, laboratory research & development and office in Beausset, Toulon France.

After 10years of intensive research, our technical Director Mr Antonio Sgro together with our team of Engineer has developed the BGH2 technology which produces 100% Green Hydrogen @ zero emission with the process of electrolysis of water by corrosion (sea or tap water) with a cost of only 2.02 (2.14usd) per kg produced and we also wish to precise that our H2 produced is 99.99% pure whereas our BGH2 technology way of producing H2 is unique in the World.

BGH2 PROCESS OF
PRODUCING HYDROGEN

The water arrives in the system by gravity and the same is injected in the reactor and with the cartridge containing ferrous product and the mixture of the water through the cartridge same have a chemical reaction for a complete process and the hydrogen goes to the pre storage at 30/40 bars, We are pleased to confirm againthat the hydrogen produced is 99.99% pure. The system is fully autonomous and does not need any external energy (we produce our own energy with surplus hydrogen produced) to run the system which is autonomous and fully robotized

The BGH2 technology electronic part is connected to a technical cabinet where inside there is a complete SCADA System and PLC meaning for all the control of the system for the hydrogen production which is as follows;

Pressure control (hydrogen temperature)
Temperature of the reactor
Control of the debimetre for hydrogen
Control debimetre for water
All alarm system if ever there is any leakage the system will stop running immediately and automatically
The system is completely robotized
Water pressure
ETC….

Our production plant capacity in 24hrs is as follows;

400kg production in 24hrs with 3900lts of water with a scale of 2000m2 to set the plant
2tons production in 24hrs with 19,924lts of water with a scale of 8,000m2 to set the plant
20tons production in 24hrs with 193,000lts of water with a scale of 7acres to set the plant.

The water being used for the production, 50% is re-collected inside the system and re-cycled for re-use which means there is no waste. We are also pleased to add that as soon as we start operations, the production of Hydrogen starts immediately and to note that our system produces its own energy as the system is fully autonomous and the only cost of production is of 2.02euro (2.14usd) per kg H2 produced.

STAFFING

There is only a need of 2 to 7 technicians to run the plant depending of the system in place and no maintenance needed.

CERTIFICATES

We also wish to inform you that once the plant is being fully installed, relevant authorities from Europe will travel on site to make necessary test and will deliver the following Certificates on the name of your most esteemed establishments. (All cost such as flight, accommodation, transportation, and cost of certificates will be bear by Bluegen Energy sas).

DURATION AND INSTALLATION OF PLANT

The plant requires nine (9) months to be produced and shipped to any country and three month for the mounting including testing on site. Once the mounting is completed as from the second (2nd) day, Our production output is of pure green hydrogen at zero emission.

Bluegen offers training for an additional period of three month to staff on site moreover if your Management wish, Bluegen also work out a Management agreement for the running of the plant.

OUR PROPOSAL TO SET THE BGH2 TECHNOLOGY ON SITE INCLUDES:

BGH2 complete plant production in 24hrs Hydrogen production with sea water or any type of water.
Shipment from Bluegen Energy factory to any port.
Insurance formalities.
Transportation from port to site.
Labour (Mounting on site by Bluegen). (Flight/accommodation/logistics on the cost of Bluegen Energy sas)
Client’s Technical Staff training (for 3 months)
All Certificates delivered by relevant Authorities from Europe who will travel on site and make all test before delivering to the Client the following documents:

Conformity Certificate of the plant
Green Certificate
Others (as per list submitted)

CLIENT’S SUPPLY:

The site to install the plant.
Reservoirs where Bluegen will connect to pump the water required.
Warehouse/factory to install the plant (however the PIN DAI will be given by Bluegen) under supervision of Bluegen.
All necessary VISA and Permission for our Personnel.(all cost paid by Bluegen).
Fully fenced and secured through camera and security staff of the factory.
