Bluegen Energy SAS was created in 2016, following the meeting of two visionary people: Antonio SGRO, Italian, is the soul of this initiative and has contributed the “know-how” of the autonomous hydrogen production system.Régis PAIN, French, is the manager of several companies and is specialized in civil engineering works.

    10 years of research and development have made it possible to achieve this objective: to produce hydrogen without using electricity, using the process of
    “electrolysis” of water. The solution is the “BGH2” system which allows the production of green hydrogen by corrosion.

Issues and problems.


  • The challenge is to extend the BGH2 technology to the industrial sector and to heavy mobility. This technology is intended to equip companies, communities of communes, ports and all other types of infrastructures with production and filling units of green hydrogen.

  • Industries and the agricultural sector can thus be equipped with a fully autonomous energy production system, allowing them to satisfy their energy needs while perfectly controlling their consumption and their impact on the environment.

  • In addition, in many countries, many isolated villages have no or only partial electricity. The difficulties that this causes on a daily basis are major: water supply, school work, living comfort, indoor and outdoor lighting, heating, air conditioning, cooking and food preservation, telecommunications, insecurity, etc.

  • Research and development has focused on creating a system capable of solving these problems, while taking into account the needs of sustainable development and respecting the “natural capital”. The essential objective is that of an alternative, sustainable and ecological response based on the notion of intergenerational, in order to meet the increased energy needs of modern societies.

INTERESTS OF THE BGH2 SYSTEM

Almost zero energy costs

No external energy needed to run the plant (autonomous and robotised)

Low maintenance costs

Only three operators are needed during the production phases. System can be managed remotely via internet. Alerts can be defined to monitor the system.

Recovery of waste heat and used water

The exothermic reaction allows to recover the emitted heat to generate hot water or energy. The litres of water injected in the system, 50% is collected inside the system recycled for re-use

Hydrogen at competitive prices

  • 99.9% pure hydrogen.
  • Storage at 30 to 40 Bars.

APPLICATION AREAS

  • Industry.

    Use of pure hydrogen for oil refineries, chemicals, glass production, electronics, metallurgy and space industry.

  • Hydrogen Stations.

    We produce Hydrogen on site and supply dispensers for cars, motor-bikes, lorries and in addition to that recharge electric cars with H2 produced which feed electrical borns with a charging capacity of 60kw in 8mins.

  • Power generation.

    We use PEM CELL to convert Hydrogen to electricity for direct use of up to 230 mw in 24 hours.
